Since 1996, Tectonic has been providing Site Acquisition services. Tectonic realized very early in the telecommunications boom that providing real estate and permitting services would only help them create a better product for their clients. By providing the real estate and engineering services together, Tectonic has made the due diligence process quicker and less labor intensive for its clients. Additionally, by combining these services, Tectonic is able to pass on savings to its clients. By combining these disciplines Tectonic was also able to stop the blame game. Stating that one discipline was waiting for information from another was no longer the case if both services were being provided by the same firm.
